To provide self-awareness, knowledge and skills to people seeking improved fitness, no matter what level Program:
- Postural analysis/assessment (Session 1). In the initial meeting with the THE GYM, you will be taken through a series of assessment exercises in order to better script the your regimen.
- Plan. We design a complete workout plan for you, custom tailored to the information gathered in Session 1.
- Reinforcement (Session 2). In this follow-up session at THE GYM, we teach you to implement your plan, with special attention to factors critical to your ongoing success, such as form, mind-body connection and habits.
You will have the knowledge and confidence to pursue your fitness goals.

$700 for package of ten sessions

- Cost of Fitness Jumpstart is $250 and will be credited against the standard 10 session/$700 package if you continue work with THE GYM. (i.e., $450 for an additional 8 sessions)
